"The Feel Good Factor"

Two young people's events which took place on the 26th November at Elmwood College, Cupar and the 3rd December at St Margaret's House were well attended by 102 young people and 32 adults.

The events, to raise awareness of Safe Space young peoples service included drumming sessions, jamming, art and jewellery making, mask making, drama and lots more.

There were information stands providing details of services available to young people across Fife and lots of the information was picked up on the day.

The Feel Good Factor was funded by BBC Scotland Children in Need. We would like to thank everyone who has enabled these events prove to so positive and worthwhile including FRASAC, KASP, Youth 1st, Fife Council Education and Social Services and East Fife Women's Aid.

Feedback by young people included these comments:

"That was life changing. I have a new look on life and love it."

"Be grateful for everything"

"It was really good to interact with other people and not to be scared to do anything strange"

"
Pudsey was brilliant, loved this day, cool brilliant xxx"

" Very impressed to see touching artwork tackling such a difficult subject in a positive way"

"Brilliant exhibition. Very moving and hugely hopeful"

"Hugely thought provoking, extremely diverse and so complusive that a return visit must be made"
