How To Make A Referral
Taking the first step is usually hard.
The most straight forward way for the process to begin is for you to make initial contact with us by telephone - it is helpful for us to be provided with your name, date of birth and contact details - and we will offer you a first session with the Counselling Support Co-ordinator.
After this session, there is likely to be a wait of 2-4 weeks while you are referred to one of the Counselling Support Team.
There is no limit on the number of sessions you can have with your Counselling Support Worker.
If you find it too difficult to contact us yourself, we may take a referral on your behalf however please be aware we prefer not to take details relating to a person's history as we feel this is best coming from the client at their first session.
