Using art is merely an extension of this verbal process.
Taking part in the expressive therapeutic art group will help you build self-confidence, gain trust in yourself and others while giving you the opportunity to explore and express thoughts and feelings through using a variety of art materials in a safe environment.
You do not need to be good at art to benefit from the group, you just need to have a willingness to take part in its creative process.
