It will be up to you and your support worker assess what is right for you.
We will ask for some details about when you are available and how to contact you.
If you ask someone else to contact us on your behalf, it will be helpful if you are with them as we need to give some basic information about the service before you come to Safe Space
We offer an initial appointment with our Co-ordinator then you will be matched up with a regular Counsellor . Appointments will last for 1 hour.
Young people can be offered appointments in school or an outreach venue
Yes, we run a number of groups throughout the year. This is dependant on number of people interested in a specific group and the funding available. Please view group support here.
